Terms of Service
PaymentPayment is required within 3 days of ordering. If payment is not received, or contact is not made within 3 days, your order will unfortunately be cancelled.
Shipping
1. We ship via Canada Post, unless otherwise discussed and confirmed with the purchaser.
2. Items are shipped after payment is confirmed. If you are having any problems, please email me.
3. I ship within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment.
4. All Canadian shipments will be tracked. Please contact me for your tracking number and information. If you are a US or overseas buyer and would like your shipment tracked, please contact me. Please note, additional fees may apply.
Refunds and Exchanges
Do to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. This is not a hard and fast rule. Please contact us directly to discuss your individual concern.

Custom orders are welcome. Please contact to discuss. Examples of custom work include: Guest size soaps, different scents, gift baskets, wedding bombonieres, client giveaways/gifts.
